What is confidence?
Confidence is the perception of acknowledging self worth with mantras of internal assurance and assertiveness.
Confidence is in-born and can be nurtured through different self-exposures or natural circumstances. Confidence lays side by side with self esteem and plays a huge part in a human being.

How to be more confident.
Confidence is a state of mind and its corresponding attribution. Studies have shown and proven that anybody can be confident despite their backgrounds, personality or appearance. All it takes is a small shift in the subconscious and a whole new individual is created which may be unrecognized by others and even oneself.

Some of the ways to boost confidence:
Auto suggestion: 
It has been proven than the habit of instilling into oneself beliefs is more than possible as the brain aligns is with the habit of consistency. The persistent act of telling and confirming to oneself positive attributes that which many aspire to have but few actually have builds up an inner being that which will break out of the prison of low confidence and into the reality of a very confident person that is not just ready to face but to conquer the world. This involves creating mantras of excellence, wealth, prosperity, success and many more and imposing them on oneself on a strict routine till aimed results are achieved. 

Improvement of oneself: 
The best way to start something is to start it from the inside. Most people plant seeds of negativity expecting positive branches. Feeling good about oneself even with the smallest things go a whole mile. For instance, weight loss, this ensures that one has a good physical state as they reduce the potential of contacting certain diseases and one compliment to another will boost esteem and transform a seed of confidence into a whole new confident person. Why not lose weight if you’re overweight and have a huge confidence boost. 
Environment: 
The surrounding plays a huge role in how a human being is in many ways. Hanging around confident people creates a confident person out of you that will surely be birthed  by time and experiences. An environment that encourages confidence be it from people, stuff you watch and hear, the names and voices attached to you determine the direction of the personality you’ll have. The books you read actually boost or diminish you that’s why you should be very careful of the things you’re exposed to and it per adventure you have a past that traumatizes your level of confidence, seeking help is a very wonderful idea.

The more confident people are, the better; feeling and knowing one’s worth is equivalent to a world with people who refuse to be diminished therefore believing in possibilities. Note, the level of confidence should be checked so as to remain healthy and not develop into any complexes that may cause different problems.
