Diet - Carrot Juice

Carrot is a root vegetable that is commonly orange in color but can be purple, yellow, black, red and many more due to the difference in species.
Carrots are very nutritious as they are a full pack of necessary nutrients. Beta-carotene, vitamins B6 and C, dietary fiber, potassium, calcium, sodium, sugar, iron and magnesium are some of its constituents. The body uses beta-carotene to make vitamin A which is an essential nutrient for improving eyesight.

Carrots can be taken in different forms be it uncooked as a salad, in chunks, as a juice or cooked in a soup, purée, baked stuff or as an assortment. 
We’ll be talking about carrot juice because of its benefits of helping eyesight, improving the immune system and aiding the skin.
Here goes a simple way to have a very healthy glass of orange juice that improves health in an effortless way.

Materials needed:
• 100g carrots
• Knife
• Blender
• A glass of water
• 50g any additional natural fruits( if desired)

Process:
• Wash the carrots with clean running water.
• Peel them gently.
• Cut the carrots into bite-sized circles.
• Add the carrots (the additional fruits for diverse flavors) into the blender with half a glass of water.
• Start blending as you add water till desirable consistency is achieved.
• Pour into a clean container and store in the fridge for about 30 minutes( best served when chilled).
• Take a glass of the healthy drink in between meals. 

Persistent scheduled intakes improve health gradually.
