It is very much possible to be naturally skinny but still very healthy. In this context, being underweight doesn't mean you have health issues. It is quite important to know that if you want to gain weight, it is rather preferable to do it the right way... Eating junks may help you add weight, but can be very detrimental to your health at the same time. Therefore, it’s in fact good to eat healthy foods and also adopt a healthy lifestyle.
Here are some ways to gain weight the healthy way...
1. Eat healthy foods with much calories.
Eating food with much calories would entail you having more energy even after working.
2. Eat more than you do before
The idea is eating more calories than you burn while working. Below are tips to eating more:

- Taking fruits high in calories can prompt you also to eat more...
3. Drink milk.
Milk being rich in protein can help your anabolism (that is, build up of body cells and tissues) which in turn can help you add weight.
4. Exercise.
This is good so as you don't get stored up, the wrong fats, rather build your muscles, thereby giving you weight.
5. Sleep and rest well.
Having a good sleep is ideal as your body is resting and cells are being built and as well you having not to burn much energy which you need.
6. Don't stress yourself.
Stress would mean your body needing to breaking down more and more stored up material in order to balance an energy deficit due to stress. We don't want that.
7. Avoid smoking
Smoking is a "No, No", it would be making your efforts in vain.
Like I've said before, it’s very important to eat mostly healthy foods even when you’re trying to gain weight. Note that gaining weight is a process. Your body would have to adapt new habits in other to do so.
